Welcome to Skylendar.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skylendar website and services available at https://skylendar.com (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Goncharoff LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Skylendar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Skylendar is a scheduling management platform designed for individuals and small businesses that operate time-based or event-based activities.

The Service allows users to:

• create and manage schedules
• display schedules publicly
• receive booking requests
• manage client information
• maintain a lightweight client database (CRM)

Users without a paid subscription may browse public profiles and schedules and submit booking requests.

Users with a paid subscription may create and publish schedules and manage incoming requests.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using Skylendar, you represent that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Certain features require creating an account.

When registering, you may be required to provide:

• email address
• name
• phone number
• profile image (optional)

Users with paid subscriptions may also create public profiles including:

• business name
• business description
• address
• business phone number
• website

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features of Skylendar require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be billed:

• monthly
• yearly

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

• payments will be automatically charged
• the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for payments already made.

Skylendar provides tools for publishing schedules and receiving booking requests.

Skylendar is not a party to any agreements between users.

Specifically, Skylendar:

• does not provide services listed in schedules
• does not guarantee availability
• does not verify users or their businesses
• does not handle payments between users.

Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users occur entirely outside the platform.

Users may create content including:

• schedules
• business information
• profile images
• descriptions
• contact information.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content to Skylendar, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to:

• violate any laws
• upload illegal or harmful content
• attempt to gain unauthorized access
• interfere with the operation of the Service
• use automated bots or scraping tools
• reverse engineer the platform
• send spam or unsolicited communications
• use the Service for fraudulent activities.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

By creating an account you agree to receive:

• service emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• operational notifications.

Users may also receive marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Users who send communications to their own clients through Skylendar are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and other regulations.

Users may collect and manage information about their clients through booking requests.

Users are solely responsible for:

• how they use this information
• compliance with applicable privacy laws
• obtaining necessary permissions from their clients.

Skylendar does not control how users manage their client data.

All rights in the Skylendar platform, including:

• software
• design
• trademarks
• logos
• content created by the Company

are owned by Goncharoff LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use poses a risk to the Service
• required by law.

Users may request account deletion by contacting contact@skylendar.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that the Service will:

• be uninterrupted
• be error-free
• meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for loss of data or business interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goncharoff LLC shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of profits
• loss of data
• business interruptions
• disputes between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goncharoff LLC from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• disputes between you and your clients.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, we will notify users via:

• email
• website notice.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
